What we collect
To generate and deliver your AEO audit report, we collect and store the information needed to complete that transaction:
- The website URL you submit
- The email address you provide, so we can send you the report
- Your order details (tier selected, order date, payment status) and the report itself
- The publicly accessible content of the website you submit (page text, structured data, robots.txt, etc.) — the same information any visitor or search engine could see by visiting the site
Payments
Stripe is our payment processor. We never see, collect, or store your credit card information — Stripe handles that entirely. We only receive confirmation that a payment succeeded, along with your email address and order details.
Cookies
AEO Checker does not set any cookies of its own. Our site is served through Cloudflare, which may set a small number of technical or security-related cookies (for example, to mitigate bot traffic or distributed attacks) that we don't control directly. Sharing your information
We use two outside services to deliver your report: Stripe processes payment, and Anthropic's Claude API analyzes the crawled content of the URL you submit (the same publicly accessible page text, structured data, and robots.txt described above) to generate the findings and copy-paste assets in your report. We do not share your email address with Anthropic. Other than these two processors, we do not share, sell, rent, or lend your information to anyone.
Security
Your order data lives in our own database, accessible only to the automated worker process that generates reports — there's no customer login, dashboard, or other surface where it's exposed. We never see or store your payment card details; Stripe handles that entirely.
Children's privacy
AEO Checker is a business tool, not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has submitted information to us, email [email protected] and we'll remove it.
Your privacy rights
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for their own marketing purposes — there is nothing to opt out of. Wherever you're located, you can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your information at any time using the contact below.
How long we keep it
Your generated PDF report is deleted from our storage automatically after 30 days. Order records are kept after that so we can honor the 30-day refund window and respond to support requests, until you ask us to delete them.
Requesting deletion
To have your information deleted from our system, email [email protected] with the URL and/or email address used on your order, and we'll remove it.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted here with a new "last updated" date above. We won't make material changes that expand how your information is used without updating this page first.
